By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before submitting your order
PRE-ORDER and DOWNPAYMENT
● Pre-order prices are only applicable until the pre-order deadline ends.
● Pre-order deadlines may close early or extend depends on the product allocation.
● Release dates are not definite, delays are inevitable so please be patient.
● Downpayments are strictly needed in placing an order.
● Downpayments are non refundable nor transferable unless there is allocation shortages.
● Cancellation of pre-order is subject to forfeiture of your downpayment.
● In case of product shortage your downpayment will be refunded in full.
ARRIVAL and PAYMENT
● A notification will be sent to you once your order arrives.
● Pre-ordered items can be claimed by store pickup or delivery.
● Pre-ordered items must be settled and claimed within 14 days upon arrival.
● Unclaimed orders for (2) Two weeks will be automatically forfeited.
● We accept payments thru BDO or BPI transfer, Gcash and Paypal payments also accepted.
● We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) or any similar type of payments.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
● We can ship your orders nationwide via JRS, LBC, GRAB, or LALAMOVE.
● Shipping fee is an additional charge shouldered by the customer.
● Shipping fee may vary depending on the package size, courier, and your location.
● We also pack each item carefully to keep it protected during the shipping process.
● We are not liable for damages, delays and lost shipments as these are beyond our control.
● Tracking details will always be provided specially for provincial customers.
RETURN and REFUND
● You have (5) Five days to report any defects on your item upon receiving your order.
● Due to the features of some product, it cannot be returned / exchanged once it has been opened.
● Paint issues such as small chips/excess paint are NOT considered defects and is not subject for replacement.
● In some cases customers need to apply for replacement themselves from the manufacturer.
● Refund will be provided if the product is proven defective and irreplaceable.
● Refund will be provided incase of unexpected supply shortages / order cut by suppliers.
